Hastings Women’s Law Journal 2006 Symposium Sex and Reporduction on Wednesday,
February 15.

The symposium will run from 4:30-7:30pm, with a reception following. The third
panel is entitled Sex Workers’ Rights. The sex worker panel begins at 6:30pm, and
its duration is roughly 50 minutes. The panel will be held in Room A, 198
McAllister Street.

The speakers on the Sex Workers’ Rights panel are Marianne Barrett, Seth Chazin,
Robyn Few and Greta Christina. Marianne Barrett is an Assistant District Attorney
in the Sexual Assault Unit of the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office. Greta
Christina is the editor of the book, Paying for It, which is a collection of
writings by sex workers. Robyn Few is Executive Director of Sex Workers Outreach
Project USA in San Francisco. Seth Chazin is a defense attorney from the bay area
who specializes in defending those who are accused of sex crimes.
