Living Peace, a group focused on mindfulness meditation and Nonviolent Communication. The group begins by using meditation practices and techniques to help clarify and calm the mind. From “feeling peace”, we will “speak peace” using the compassionate language of NVC. Christine has practiced Vipassana meditation for the past 30 years and will be sharing inspiration from teachers such as Angeles Arrien, Joanna Macy, Jon Kabat-Zinn, Pema Chodron, and Jack Kornfield. Bring your sitting cushion and communication challenges! $30-15
