Tom Ammiano and Marga Gomez are the featured performer at this installment of SF's twice-monthly queer comedy showcase.
Sunday February 12, 2006:
QComedy presents SUNDAY Night Gay Comedy
now at Jon Sims Center, 1519 Mission St (between 11th St. and South Van Ness), San Francisco.
There is plenty of street parking Sunday nights because meters are free Sundays, and the venue is also on major transit lines.

Our featured performers for this night are Tom Ammiano and Marga Gomez.
Also appearing: host Nick Leonard, Zoe Dunning, Enzo Lombard-Quintero,
motherdevine, and Angie Krass.

Reception is at 7:30 pm and the show starts at 8 pm.
Sliding Scale $8-$15 cash, no one turned away.

Tom Ammiano has been doing comedy since the days of the Valencia Rose,
birthplace of gay comedy, and Josie's Cabaret. He is also the
longest-serving member of San Francisco's Board of Supervisors.

Marga Gomez is the creator of several solo performance pieces, the newest
of which, "Los Big Names," will be opening off-Broadway this spring. Her

Host Nick Leonard has been co-producer of QComedy since the year 2000,
right after the closing of Josie's Cabaret, where he got his start in
