3. Continuing discussion on how to resolve communication/meeting conduct issues
4. Taser issue

5. Prop 63 updates
6. Updates on Tran, Cardenas, Nakao, Nguyen, Bojcic, Hopkins, Kleemeyer, Martinez, O’Neill, Fountain, Cross and Jose Angel Rios, DeAnza College/Sheriff cases, Andrew Gonzalez
7. Santa Clara County Human Relations Commission – Law enforcement Forum
8. Open/Closed Grand Juries – Coroner’s Inquest – Discussion needed. The DA’s office is suggesting that all officer involved shooting go to a coroner’s inquest. CJA is on record as favoring a Coroner’s Inquest. We will be discussing whether to draft a letter “withdrawing” that support.
9. Candidates forum proposals

10. DA Prosecutorial Discretion – charging police officers with violation of Penal Code 244.5
