Jan. 27-28, SF:
electro-dances for LOVE PARADE and SomArts

The San Francisco Late Night Coalition,
with numerous bay area electronic dance music collectives,
proudly invites you to participate in two huge parties supporting
Loveparade San Francisco 2006
http://www.loveparadesf.org
and the SomArts Cultural Center
http://www.somarts.org

Both events will be held at SomArts, 934 Brannan Street in San Francisco.

On Friday, January 27th, Skills DJ Workshop brings together 20 different production companies
and 50 DJs for "GIVING BACK THE LOVE". This should be a rocking party showcasing
the exuberance and idealism of the
younger side of the bay area electronic dance scene.
The flyer and lineup can be seen at
http://www.skillsdj.com

On Saturday, January 28th, the more underground/burner
side of the scene will be out in force for a phat lineup of
house, breaks and trance organized by Opel Productions, Tantra and many other local collectives.
[.....]

The 2005 Loveparade was a great success with well over 50,000 people spreading the love
along Market Street and at Civic Center.
The costs of the city fees and personnel required for a downtown parade were huge however, so many groups are coming together to pay the remaining debt so that Loveparade San Francisco 2006 can proceed full steam ahead! [.....]

The SomArts Cultural Gallery is a non-profit art gallery and event space that hosts many
seminal electronic dance and art parties [.....]

................
[ SUN endorses these events.
Loveparade SF was clothing-optional in 2004 and 2005. ]
