I chose a bad title - there's no doubt Feinstein will vote no in committee. What she will have to be pushed on is the filibuster in the full Senate. As a member of the Judiciary Committee, it will be important that she be a leader of the filibuster.

Incidentally, there was an excellent analysis of Alito's record on KPFA this morning (Wednesday, Jan. 11) from 6 - 6:30 by Seth Rosenthal, legal director of the Alliance for Justice.

Right now you can get all of Tuesday's hearings in a 103MB mp3 file at
http://kpfa.org/archives/index.php?show=87&type=news
So Rosenthal's analysis should be at the beginning of Wednesday's hearings (available probably Wed. evening).
