Italian activist destroyed US F-16 jets with a hammer !

Europe, Netherlands: Italian peace activist Turi Salvatore Vaccaro smashed the cockpits of two US/NATO F-16 jets with a hammer. Damage: 5.000.000 Euro.



Turi Salvatore Vaccarro belongs to a christian direct action movement which struggles for nuclear disarment.
He climbed over a fence into a US/NATO air base in the Netherlands, where about 20 nuclear bombs and some F-16s are stationed. He managed to completely destroy the cockpits of 2 jets with his hammer. When arrested he said, he wanted to remember to 60 years - Hiroshima and Nagasaki.

He now waits for his trial.
