San Francisco Redevelopment Agency stalls Arc Ecology grant and tables agenda item

by Francisco Da Costa (frandacosta [at] att.net)
The San Francisco Redevelopment Agency listened to Espanola Jackson, Francisco Da Costa, Joe Blue, John Nauer, Angelo King and tabled the agenda item thereby stalling the grant that would have been given to Arc Ecology. Conflict of interest issues will be taken up by some Law Enforcement agency and the City Controller.

Arc Ecology working closely with Marcia Rosen the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) Director - had taken all the crooked steps to poise for action and deliver over $283,500 per year for 3 years to Arc Ecology.

Commissioner Leroy King, Darshan Singh, and Benny Lee took Arc Ecology to task and the fake ass Project Manager Nicole Franklin who tried to convince the SFRA Commissioners that Arc Ecology deserved the grant was questioned and failed to answer the truth.

Arc Ecology heads the group on Environmental Issues and is part and parcel of the Citizens Advisory Committee linked to Parcel A and Hunters Point Shipyard. This is a conflict of interest.

This information with facts will be given to the San Francisco Controller Office and to the Federal Bureau of Investigation. It may sound harsh but this is the only way to bring true justice to the Bayview Hunters Point.

Mayor Gavin Newsom, Michael Cohen, Jesse Blout, and Marcia Rosen are all poised to build 49er City by Candlestick Park. Arc Ecology which does the community no good and works with a few sellouts that were there to testify in favor of Arc Ecology - will all be in for a rude awakening.

The community cannot be fooled all the time - and Arc Ecology will be watched very closely.

Commissioner Leroy King asked for Accountability and Transparency and got none.

Commissioner Ramon Romero made a fool of himself trying to talk on behalf of the community and each time he opened his mouth - he shoved his foot inside - deeper as he prolonged his stupid remarks.

Arc Ecology has not done good outreach before and cannot do in the future without reaching out to the Samoans, the Asians, the Whites, and of course the African Americans that know very little about SFRA and its dubious projects and less about toxicity and abatement issues.

Time will tell when a through investigation brings out the truth.

The Bayview Hunters Point community deserves better and Arc Ecology should take note of that. For too long has Arc Ecology lied and tried to take credit without providing the genuine and true service that the people deserve. Shame on the sellouts that tried to convince the SFRA Commissioners but failed - time and time again at the SFRA meeting.

The United States Navy does not trust Arc Ecology.

The community at large does not trust Arc Ecology. It is a shame that a few sellouts want to work with Arc Ecology which has divided the community but raking in money for itself and giving bread crumbs to a few wanabees that do not know better.

Today's victory before the SFRA Commissioners was well deserved and well heard by many listening to radio KAPOO.
