Warehouse (a new-ish anarchist collecive warehouse here in s.f.).
Record release party for Living in the
Shadow, the fifth album from SF conscious hip hop artist Emcee Lynx. Anyone and everyone is welcome to
come and bring your friends for a night of politically conscious ass-shaking music.
the lineup so far is:
Emcee Lynx and Beltaine's Fire
(Celtic / Funk-Rock / Hip Hop Fusion)
Dj Malatesta and Drowning Dog of Entartete Kunst
(Trip Hop / Downtempo / Grime)
Ryan Harvey and Mark Gunnery of Riot Folk
(accoustic folk-rock)
and more bands T.B.A.
open-mic, starting at 9:00pm. send an email to circlealpha@yahoo.com to sign up early or just show up.
All styles and types of music and poetry are welcome, just don't be an asshole.
doors open at 8:30pm and we'll be going all night long or until the keg runs dry.
