Workout on the Hill will begin its third great year on January 4th 2006 for a free workout in Holly Park, Bernal Heights. A new six week training program begins January 9th. The program will inspire you to not only change your body, but also change your mindset.
No equipment necessary, just your willingness to transform the way you see yourself and the world around you. Designed for women of all ages and sizes.
