Wake-up Walmart Black Friday Nov 26 Action

by Wake-up Walmart
Send Walmart corporation the message that we don't want sweatshop products and a union busting corporation in our local community!!

This Friday, November 25, Americans will begin the holiday season the day after Thanksgiving, in what is known as "Black Friday." Thousands of WakeUpWalMart.com supporters will be out on Black Friday to educate Wal-Mart consumers about two newly released studies that show Wal-Mart fails to meet federal standards for pricing accuracy in at least 4 states and may be overcharging consumers.

Join us this Friday, November 25, as we continue our momentum from the successes of Wal-Mart Week, where hundreds of thousands of Americans saw the new Wal-Mart documentary. Please sign up today and you will be contacted by a local organizer in your community about Black Friday actions:

Please!

Who do you work for SEARS or TARGET?

Wal*Mart delivers the goods people want to buy,
they provide the basics people need -
food. clothing. tools. entertainment.

Wal*Mart makes jobs for kids from high school, or the retired who just want some extra spending cash. It ain't no career move.

Unless you want to be a store manager and earn an MBA, don't expect to work in retail and get rich!

People who don't like wal*mart's pay - get a new job.
Need education, work at walmart and take some classes.
Need better health care? Become a Nurse, the USA sure needs more of them! How about becoming a Doctor or Police Officer? We could use more of them too.

I stopped shopping at SEARS, don't bother me about them.
Every other minute someone wants me to buy an overpriced service agreement, wow look at that! Put it on with what you're buying and the advertised prices are left in the dust, everything costs more! Stop wasting our money SEARS, and maybe you'll stop getting sued by your employees and customers!

Target, now Target is WORLDS better than Sears.
Nicer clothes. Better quality. The prices on sales
generally beat Sears, and not as expensive as J.C. Penny.

K-Mart? Oh, come on - I hate to kick a man when he is down. Enough bad things have been said about K-Mart, I don't have to add to their pain. You know their story already, so just keep on driving by...

Home Depot - Everything you need and lots you don't need, you could build a house from scratch with all the stuff you can buy from home depot. Better selection of tools, good value for the money. No bogus service agreements.

A Super Wal*Mart is the best thing that can happen to you.
If you don't like their lower prices and wide selection, feel free to drive down the road and pay 20% more for lower quality goods. It's your money.

But for the rest of us working class people raising families - God Bless WalMart.

Go, Go Wal*Mart! Yay!

hello I work for walmart, and have a couple of things to say to all of you people out there who constantly bash walmart for everything they do..
You all say that walmart is putting all the smaller business' under. The only way that this is possible is because everybody shops there. So therefor, its not walmart its you.

If you feel so badly about walmart, shop someplace else, and make my job a whole lot easier.

i work at wall-mart, too and know that they suck. Not only do they put small businesses out of business because they can't compete with the mega-giant's prices, but they pay for shit, have expensive benefits and are totally anti-union(they wouldn't want us to unite and demand any justice) This actually ends up causing the taxpayers to subsidize Walmart's healthcare. Fuck Wal-mart.
