BRIDGE TO PEACE
Please join us in a powerful and peaceful call for an end to the war in Iraq now. We will gather in a walk across and back over the Golden Gate Bridge to let our government hear the ever growing voice of dissent within the United States. It is time to bring Americans home to prevent further bloodshed, halt the economic collapse of our country from financing this war, and to end the extreme devastation and suffering already brought upon the people of Iraq.
When: 12:00 noon, Saturday, November 12th
Where: Gather at the North end of the Golden Gate Bridge. Please be prompt! Rain or shine!
It is crucial for people to carpool or use public transportation due to the limited amount of parking.
Please bring your own signs.
