Defeating Prop. 73 (Anti-Choice) depends on San Francisco Turnout

Nicole Yelich, field coordinator for the Campaign for Teen Safety, explains that in special elections usually only 36% of SF voters turn out to vote. If 60% turn out on Tuesday, that SF vote will defeat the proposition statewide.

The turnout in SF was 39 percent of registered voters, but 80 percent of those voted No on Prop. 73.
