11/13: Indybay Meeting- Discussion About Regional Pages
Sunday, November 13th at 5pm at the ACME Northern California (http://www.acme-norcal.org) offices in San Francisco (1550 Market St., a 0.6 mile walk from the Civic Center BART).
Dear activists and journalists,
We are writing to invite you to the next Indybay (website) meeting. The website of the SF Bay Area Independent Media Center is expanding! You might have noticed the Central Valley news page, which covers all the way from Sacramento to Bakersfield, and then some. We are going to start South Bay, North Bay, San Francisco, East Bay, North Coast, and whatever other pages people at our meeting think are necessary.
We're going to need folks like you to post news for, edit, and publicize these pages.
Indybay is a great resource for informing yourself, and others, about what is going on in your community! Find out more at our next meeting.
To find out how you can get involved, come to the meeting on Sunday, November 13th at 5pm at the ACME Northern California (http://www.acme-norcal.org) offices in San Francisco (1550 Market St., a 0.6 mile walk from the Civic Center BART). Before you come to the meeting, please familiarize yourself with Indybay's Principles of Unity, Mission Statement, and history at http://www.indybay.org/news/2003/12/1664397.php (or by clicking on "About" from the top of any page on the site).
Thanks, and see you on the 13th!
