*3) Tuesday, November 1st: Auburn Planning Commission to Vote on Banning
Collective Dispensaries

*Currently, Auburn has an ordinance that allows dispensing collectives.
However, their city attorney has advised them to BAN dispensaries
because of the conflict between state and federal law. At the full
council meeting a few weeks ago, they postponed this issue and heard
testimony from several patients in the community. Please show up in
force to oppose this ban! We need patients to vocalize their need for
dispensing collectives and to express how difficult it is to drive hours
to get their medicine.
