Wilfredo Berrios is a salvadoran Union leader. He is coming to talk about the implementation of CAFTA and the resistence of the social movement in El Salvador.He will also denounce the installation of a new Police academy from the US in El Salvador and the US government intervention in the salvadoran elections. This is an event organized by Bay Area CISPES (Committee in solidarity with the People of El Salvador)
