Are you interested in learning about a common-sense approach to healthy living? This attitude or type of thinking is called by different names, commonly Health Realization or Innate Health. It’s helped many, many people in all types of life situations, like human service professionals or people in recovery, to lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. We meet every Monday at 7 - 8:30 PM, 342A 9th Street, Suite 218 (held at AVACA) in San Francisco. It’s run for free (donations accepted to help the group grow). Just bring a curious mind-set.
Community Support Drop-in Class in San Francisco
“Discovering Innate Health”
Come and learn of a new insight-based understanding that will show you:
• how and why people function, based on the three principles that create human experience
• how to access wisdom and well-being at any moment in life
• how to live in hope and empowerment even in difficult circumstances
• where long-term chronic stress and emotional reactions come from and how to release them and improve your health
• how to live effortlessly, naturally realizing your goals without self-sabotage
• how to heal from the past
• how to function at a higher level in your personal, relational and professional life
• how to have more impact with others in support of their psychological health and well-being
• and many more topics
This new paradigm is being successfully applied in various human services arenas as well as community, business, correctional, law enforcement, medical, rehabilitation and school settings, especially in Santa Clara County in the Bay Area and throughout the United States and the world.
Presented by Walter Pedersen, PhD (ABD), Certified Health Realization Practitioner Community Prevention Track, Santa Clara Valley Health & Hospital System Department of Alcohol and Drugs; California state-certified relationship counselor
