Your Dispensary is in danger of being shut down permanently!

Last Tuesday, a bill regulating Medical Cannabis Dispensaries [sponsored by Ross Mirkarimi] was debated before the Board of Supervisors. For three hours, various supervisors, including Maxwell, Alioto-Pier, Daly passed hostile amendments gutting the bill with zoning requirements which would effectively shut all or most dispensaries in the City.

The bill was continued over to this weeks' hearing. It's not to late to show your displeasure over this process and to show your support for the City's MCDs.

Please attend the hearing on Tuesday, October 25th, 2005, 2PM at City Hall, Room 250.

might want to include which county this is in regards too. not all know who those supervisors are and this website covers a big geography.
