Dogs used as shark bait
Cruel ... dog with hook through snout
STRAY dogs are being skewered on hooks and dragged behind boats as live shark bait, The Sun can shockingly reveal.
The cruel practice takes place on Reunion Island in the Indian Ocean.
A six-month-old labrador pup was recently found ALIVE with a huge double hook through its snout - like the dog above - and another through a leg.
The pup was found in a coastal creek and is thought to have somehow freed itself from a fishing line.
But other dogs and kittens have been chomped up and swallowed by sharks.
The RSPCA plans to petition the French government, demanding an end to the hideous torture.

Otherwise, it is truthful, as it appears to be more than just an isolated crime by a single fisherman.
That people would see value in this practice is deplorable.
It sounds like this is only know to have happened and that was in the past so the use of "are" is incorrect. Also, on scopes it was suggested that people may have been using dead dogs they found rather than capturing strays so if that was the case with the single proven case another part of the story is incorrect. Taking a single case of something and acting shocked isnt that abnormal but with all the horrible things happening in the world the shock seems misplaces. If I stated that peopel from Wisconsin are trolling gay bars in Chicago and picking up young men so they can kill them and use them as food, I would be lying and pointing at the Dahmer case wouldnt be proof since as with this case the only known case was in the past.
If you said people don’t commonly slaughter and eat dogs because they enjoy it would not make it true
BECAUSE THEY DO !!!
Just because they aren’t serving it up a we-be sushi on Valencia doesn’t mean its not happening EVERY DAY somewhere cause it is.
You would have to be an idiot not to know it.
now check out the photo OF THE hooked fish bait dog at the top and tell me again how that dog is really dead . .. she just looks alive . . . its a myth . . . @#@@#%##@
What about lions chomping down on all that flesh ??? Are they in need of being informed of the errors ???
what about northern native Eskimos that don t have the option of just eating plants cause of their environmental situation are they in need of converting ??
There is no sign of "Photo shopping" the picture it is real . . . .
The pixelazation is concurrent with light exposure effect on a photon censor . . . there is no blurring or smearing, if someone was to try to create a photo with this qualities the would have to have done it pixel by pixel and there are 10's of thousands of them it would have taken hundreds of hours to create the detailed resolution effect
next time open your eyes before your big mouth . . ..

maybe the dog likes having his nose pierced it could be a fashon thang
Firstly, many sharks are endangered and most causes of that is the over fishing on many species' food groups. Others reasons are that sharks are so incredibly misunderstood that they're hunted for fear, as well as considered a delicacy.
I'm not sure that anyone has noticed but dogs and cats aren't exactly the aquatic types. To use them as bait to catch sharks goes completely against the balance of nature.
Lastly, to those ill informed, it is only human beings who derive pleasure from being mutilated beyond recognition. It's only human beings who find satisfaction in torturing and killing other living beings. And before some twit spouts their mouth off about how all vegans, vegitarians, and activists are tree-hugging, fur-loving rainbow chasers, I'd like to inform them that not all people who have concerns about deplorable practises such as the aforementioned dog-baiting are extremists. Many are simply animal lovers, who have pets in their homes, and have a thorough understanding of the cycle of life and death.
What these people have issues with is the fact that only human beings torture other living beings. A lion doesn't mount and display his kills as trophies, he merely kills and eats it as quickly as possible. A bear doesn't stick a raccoon on a stick and dangle it over water for prolonged periods of time, he goes into the water himself and catches dinner with his own paws.
