SAN FRANISCO -- University of California San Francisco will pay one of the largest fines for animal rights violations in history.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture had charged UCSF for 75 counts of animal welfare violations.

Now, the university will pay $92,000 for creating an atmosphere where employees are afraid to report complaints and several other charges.

UCSF settled the case Friday just days before formal hearings were scheduled to begin.
by what's the problem with details?

The second day after admittance I recieved the correct diagnosis and that physician underlined his findings and said he STRONGLY suspects this particular diagnosis. Since he used this term and UNDERLINED it, he must have been concerned that I be treated with the appropriate medication.
This didn't happen, instead the Standard medication was denied for an illness that is not "That rare" CDC told me later.
Over a week passed, I got much worse, and had to be put into a medication coma now to survive.
My condition responded imediately to the correct meds as all the lit said it would too.
I am outraged at UCSF's arrogance to think that they could study me like a lab rat, bring me to the brink of death and be so arrogant that they considered they could just bring me bak to the living if thing got really bad.
Their position does not give them amunity to the law. Hospitalization can very well be a prision and potntialy a death sentance.
UCSF has acted suspicious when asked about this matter and do show awareness.
This will continuously be posted where ever I can. Thanks to the internet we can aim for a balance of power. People can't run and hide from everyone with gross errors in human values of live and rights to be treated like a living person and not a lab rat.
I have sweets. It is not all that rare CDC says. I have met and talked with enough people to agree with them.
