Arnold Rapid Response! WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, 5:30-7PM PICKET

RED ALERT !! ARNOLD IS COMING TO LAFAYETTE !!!

Arnold is coming to Lafayette's Happy Valley neighborhood Wednesday evening (9/28/05) to raise money for his Special Interest Special Election. Our CA Teachers Association friends have invited us to join them in protesting is attacks on our union friends and working families !!!

Let¿s show everyone that Lamorinda* is BLUE !!

William and Janet Cronk will be hosting a fundraiser at their home at 3796 Happy Valley Road in Lafayette. Gather at 5 PM at the Lafayette Bart Station to carpool up to the site as there is limited parking. Picketing will be at / near the Cronks' from about 5:30 pm to 7:00 pm.

Driving Directions: Go north / up Happy Valley Road to # 3796. It is marked by a set of 4 mailboxes. There is very limited space to park on either side of Happy Valley Road, but there are a few spots where one could squeeze in a vehicle. There is, however, one road (Franklin Lane, on the right ¿ uphill side) that is wide enough for people to park that is within 100' of # 3796. Both Franklin Lane & #3796 are just before Happy Valley Elementary School. Cars can park in this Lane. There is a bus stop next to a graveled lot at that intersection that might hold a dozen cars.

Lamorinda* is what locals call the Lafayette, Moroga, & Orinda tri-town area. Take the trip through the tunnel on BART for this event. It will be worth it.
