Steve can't do anything but cry, can't debate, can't back up his shallow assertions with sources or facts. Another right-wing-nut regurgitating Fox news propganda.

Interesting...the insurgents(aka heroes to you on the left) killed 6 teachers in Iraq per CNN today. And your anger lies where. So quiet when your Iraqi/Jordanian/African freedom fighters kill the innocent...but what would I expect from a bunch of self absorbed fanatical lunatic hypocrites?

I think "bring the troops home" should be the message you should try and push because i think that's what the majority of americans want. I hate to see when protesters try and stick other subjects in there that have nothing to do with the war. End racism, huricane relief, everybody wants that but to mix those messages with idiots dressed in balck trying to destroy shit is stupid. I would never be caught dead in a protest here in the city because of those assholes. they dont even live here in the city but they come and do this because the SFPD facilitates instead of arresting people who brake the law. Blackblock is a joke, a bunch of priveliged white punks who have rich mommy's and daddy's back home in berkeley or santa cruz or anywhere else other than san francisco. stop trying to live a lifestyle that isnt yours, just because you run away from home because mom and dad have rules you dont wanna follow doesnt mean you know anything about the struggle. be yourself, stop being fake!!

so according to these posts people that have different opinions are--respectively-- 'right-wing-nuts', 'self absorbed fanatical lunatic hypocrites', or 'idiots' and 'assholes'.

listen to yourselves. is that how you want to talk to eachother? take some time to consider others and perhaps they'll return the favor and take some time to consider you.

that being said, i do think there's something blatantly hypocritical about saying that the us war against iraq is unethical while supporting or ignoring the murder of others. it's not okay to kill people because they have a different color uniform or skin. it's not okay to kill people because the government they're under sucks. that's crap.

i also think it's stupid that if you go to an anti-war rally that you have all these different groups with their own agendas. it would be much more effective if people could stick to one subject at one event. on the other hand, i do think that racism has SOMETHING to do with the reasons people go to war. i think that our government's inability to deal with social problems has SOMETHING to do with the way we spend all of our money on making weapons.

We are not a bunch of "White, Priveleged Punks". There were many non-whites from different class backgrounds participating.

im not white also. im an immigrant. im not from the city but im not well-off either. do you know how it is to live in the 3rd world? there were a lot of kids and old people too in the march. they are the priveleged ones. that is why they dont complain too much. they just complain about the war. i guess they'll be content if the democrats win the next election. but they are wrong because the US will continue to be war freaks no matter who the president is. everyone wants the war to end but there are still a lot of struggles after that. its not over if the war ends. it is just the first step. so many battles are still to be fought. in the end, the oppressed people of the world will win.. and your american heroes are gona fall.
