All day on peace demonstration day, September 24, 2005, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time, followed by the 6 p.m. news, KPFA at 94.1 FM broadcasts the peace rallies in DC & San Francisco with hourly news updates on the hurricanes.

All day on Peace Demonstration Day, September 24, 2005, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Pacific Time, followed by the 6 p.m. news, KPFA at 94.1 FM broadcasts the peace rallies in DC & San Francisco with hourly news updates on the hurricanes.

Until 11 a.m. Pacific Time, we hear the DC peace rally, then the rest of the day, the San Francisco rally will be broadcast. Take you radio with you. If you cannot attend, turn on your radio or listen online at:

IT'S IRONIC . ''AIR AMERICA'', WHO'S LEADING FIGURE AL FRANKLIN REFUSES TO CALL FOR WITHDRAWL FROM IRAQ , BROADCAST THE SF 9-24 RALLY .HOWEVER KPFA DIDN'T (EVEN FOR SOME CELL PHONE REPORTS ) ! WHAT'S UP WITH OUR ''VOICE OF THE VOICELESS "" ?

If the "(false) transparancy and (phony) democracy" crowd weren't so busy trying to purge KPFA of anyone who doesn't share their crackpot vision, perhaps someone who actually knows something about doing live broadcasts would have ensured there was a live ISDN line from the rally. There wasn't. The slide continues.
