What you don't know about Kaiser Permanente

by Dina Padilla (Blndi26 [at] cs.com)
http://www.kaiserpapers.info/asbestosmorse.html

Two week old photograph - one of several taken at Kaiser Permanente,
Morse Avenue Facility in Sacramento, California. 13 years ago this was
reported to Cal OSHA. In 1991 Kaiser Permanente distributed a memo
warning employees of the danger of this asbestos. The memo indicates
that the asbestos is throughout the building. The employees were
instructed to not hang pictures on the walls because of the danger of
having the asbestos fly out into the atmosphere among many other
things. This memo was also part of a employment law suit and is
consequently a legal document..

>>
We Kaiser employees were subjected to an employer for decades who is lawless.
They poison us, infect us, mistreat us, abuse us, batter our bodies,
discriminate against us, overmedicate us, maim us and kill us and get away with it..
The same thing that happens to outside patients.
WE'RE KAISERIZED!
The state of California allowed Kaiser to be criminally above the law and
failed us through it's state agencies, it's courts and it's legislators.

They have more clout with this state then any other HMO or other employer!
How did that happen?
Are they in the federal gov't too? You bet!

The state of California allows the same atrocities to the patients of Kaiser.
They don't have to CARE about diagnosis, prognosis or the correct treatment
AND THEY DON'T.
There are many patients and their families who can provide proof of that
information.

Kaiser retains top notch law firms (about 80 of them in one such firm) with
patient and employer money (state and federal taxes, bond money, medicare,
medicade.) to fight it's thousands upon thousands of medial malpractice cases,
it's employment law cases and it's workers comp cases. Most patients and
employees lose with the courts of this state who automatically side with Kaiser even
though they know it commits fraud, maiming and murder.
A very incestous relationship indeed!

Patients are monetary sources and medical experiments only. How many
patients have died needlessly because the state turns a blind eye along with it's
hand out? Kaiser can get away with maiming and murder through the CMA and the
AMA, the CDC and countless other health based agencies. They have infiltrated
everyone like a cancer.

The only thing Kaiser cares about is where it's going to get it's next
dollar. Don't let it be from you. You and your family's life depends on it!

Help us rally/protest for 50 YEARS IS ENOUGH on September 30, 2005 at HIGH
NOON at the Kaiser Morse Ave Facility , Sacramento, Ca. where the asbestos
picture was taken. Patients and employees have been going in and out of that
building for decades AND most of them have no idea what they have been exposed to.

Dina- Asbestos is everywhere. Any building built before 1970 is chock full of it. Its safe until disturbed- that is why ther are warning signs. Asbestos in place, if it is intact is a non-issue.

The lack of concern by this "expert" about asbestos in a hospital is typical of management lackeys and the bosses. If they had been cited by OSHA they should have had an abatement plan to CLEAN UP the asbestos in a timely manner.
They obviously have higer priorities than cleaning up asbestos in their hospital. They had more than 10 years.
People should also be aware just because a room is locked off does not mean that maintenance and possible leaks in the ceilings require entrance and the problems that entails. This "expert" against has no idea what he is talking about.
