WORLD'S LARGEST MEDPOT CASE SF FEDERAL BLDG. 9/16/05

Sept. 15, 2005, San Francisco-The world's most prolific cultivator of
medicinal cannabis, Rev. Charles "Eddy" Lepp, will be in court at the San
Francisco Federal Building, 450 Golden Gate Avenue, on September 16, 2005,
at 9am. Lepp is facing four life sentences and two 20-year sentences, as
well as 17 million dollars in fines.

On August 18, 2004, police confiscated approximately 32,524 medicinal
marijuana plants growing at Lepp's residence in Lake County. Lepp maintains
that the plants were not his, but belong to a large group of patients who
are qualified to have pot grown for them under California law.

Lepp is currently out on $500,000 bail, under the agreement that he will not
grow medicinal cannabis for, or share it with, anyone else. He is also
currently forbidden from traveling outside of Northern California.
