9/7 Boyd Family's First Hearing Before the Police Commission

Dear Marylon can you inform us on how the police commission meeting went?
We really want to know what is going to happen. If they don't charge those officers or get an investigation we are going to take additional steps to convince this city of the need for reform amongst the SFPD.

The only thing the police commission should be doing to those officers is giving them gold medals. Cammerin Boyd died because of the choices HE made. If you were a better parent he might still be alive. Where were you when he was getting into trouble? Why didn't you do something? Why weren't you there for him when he needed you? You are a hypocrite. Your son is worth more to you dead than alive.

The Police Commission Hearing on the OCC charges against the Officers in the Cammerin Boyd case was continued. It has been continued now three times. The next hearing date is set for September 21, 2005, at 5:30. We will hold a press conference at 5:00 p.m. to address the contiued delay issues.

I am a bad person because I know that the police did the right thing? Now who put the gun in Cammerin's hand? Who fired the shots at the officers, because according to you, it couldn't have been St. Cammerin. St. Cammerin would never attempt to kidnap a woman and he child or fire a gun at police officers or sell drugs. Mrs. Boyd should have been trying as hard to help cammerin turn his life around as she is in trying to ruin the lives of the cops who shot her son.

Please explain to me Why Cammerin had a gun? Why he shot at the police and why he tried to kidnap someone. I'm sure that ther are all lawful reasons for this, but I would like to know. Please tell me some more lies about this "wonderful man" whose life was cut short. Shame on you, Mrs. Boyd. Shame on all of you.

What do you mean "people like me" killed Cammerin? You must mean law abiding, upstanding citizens who know right from wrong and also know that a man must live or die by the choices he makes. What did you do, plant a bullet in an appartment building from a gun that you placed in Cammerin's car after you killed him? Did you care about the children you almost killed when you fired round after round into Cammerin's car and Cammerin did not have a weapon of any kind. After all isn't that what you are charged with by the OCC? Why don't you answer those questions Notre Dame. You know why you don't -- because you are afraid of going to jail. Aren't you? Once the OCC charges are upheld the DA will reopen the criminal case and you will go to prison where you belong.

And, why do you refer to Cammerin's mother as his defense attorney. She is not defending Cammerin against any crime. Cammerin isn't charged with any crime, don't you remember you killed him.

But you O'Malley on the other hand is charged with a crime and its going to cost you your job and you will go to prison. So lets ask you, why didn't your mother spend more time with you and help you with your psychological problems[and probably drug and alcohol problems too]? If she had, you probably would not have killed Cammerin, and injured countless others. How many victims of your brutality are there? Its not too late to get help. The district attorney is privy to way more information than we are..if they didn't charge the officers with a crime, they aren't getting charged. If you know anything about San Francisco, then you know that the OCC's findings will never pursuade the district attorney to file charges.

It's quite obvious you nothing about the Boyd case. If you did, you would know OCC found the killing of Boyd was completely justified. OCC was forced to file few minor administrative charges. But then again, nobody takes OCC seriously anyway. Just so you know all the investigations are done and the case is over. The Officers will soon receive their well deserved gold medals, and the 6 people that continue to support Boyd will stop coming to the meetings. Move on, nobody cares about a dead career criminal who was killed after trying to murder innocent woman and children.

2. Who fired their gun first?
3. Who's bullet ended up in an innocent persons apartment?
4.Why do you say Boyd's hands were raised?
5. What makes you so sure O'Malley shot Boyd?
6. How many times was Boyd shot, which was the fatal bullet? and from who's gun did that come from?
7. Why does OCC have a problem with an Officer shooting at a vehicle and not Boyd?
8. Why is it that the same 4-6 people show up to the meetings to support Boyd and the numbers are not growing?

Try and answer those questions supported with facts then maybe we can debate.

Before the night he was shot, had Cammerin Boyd ever been in trouble with the law? And if so was every arrest a part of some bigger conspiracy or did Cammerin actually commit crimes? Do you honestly think the SFPD, CHP, and OPD had a conspiracy to "get" Cammerin Boyd?
