to attend and speak out against changes in ad seg rules which include extending review time to 90 days. This means minimum time in the "hole" would automatically be at least 100 days. There are other horrors in these proposed rule changes that we need to rail against

Family ties will be cut, lawsuits delayed and mental illness made more severe. The hole is a cruel place to be and no human being should ever be tortured in this manner let alone for months and years at a time!

Worse, CDC has already put this horrible cruelty into effect under the guise of "emergency regulations." It's going to take a major outcry to get this reversed. That means hundreds of us need to show up.

Afterward, please attend a press conference to support a lawsuit against employees of four prisons who tortured and medically neglected Inmate Mark Grangetto who is dying in the Corcoran SHU where he is unlawfully housed. This lawsuit will benefit every inmate

This will be the sixth lawsuit the UNION has supported against CDC since September, 2004.
