Event: As leader of a non-partisan think-tank in Hong Kong, Ms. Loh produces pragmatic solutions to public policy problems. Loh is a former member of the Legislative Council (having been both appointed and elected), a widely recognized environmental leader, a trained attorney and a multinational commodities trader. Ms. Loh plays a significant role in making Hong Kong a voice for alternatives. This lecture is one in a series titled Extraordinary Voices, Extraordinary Change, sponsored by the International Museum of Women.
