Help Raise Minimum Wage and Stop the Iraq War

The Sacramento County Green Party hosting a General Meeting on August 28 at 926 J Street (Map) in the second floor conference room. We'll start with a potluck lunch at noon, and the meeting at 1 PM. The meeting will plan efforts to raise the minimum wage and stop the Iraq War. We'll also be electing two new county council members, and we encourage you to run! If you're interested, you might read our Bylaws. We'll be finishing the day with a showing of 30 Days, where a couple tries to survive on minimum wage. All Greens are encouraged to attend General Meetings to help shape our direction for this quarter.
