Mediation is off -- Badlands Picket is on!
At the last minute, Les Natali has backtracked on his agreement to mediate on
Saturday, August 6. This means we need EVERYONE back at the picket line in front of
Badlands at 10pm Saturday night! The picket is co-sponsored this week by the San
Francisco Young Democrats.

ACTION ALERT!
NATALI WON'T MEDIATE -- BACK TO THE PICKET LINE!
Picket 10pm Sat. night at Badlands, 9pm Rally at LYRIC

Saturday, August 6. This means we need EVERYONE back at the picket line in front of
Badlands at 10pm Saturday night! The picket is co-sponsored this week by the San
Francisco Young Democrats.
9pm: rally and community meeting at LYRIC (127 Collingwood)
10pm: picket at Badlands (4121 18th Street)
WHY WON'T NATALI MEDIATE?
Natali is now insisting that community representatives cannot be present during
mediation. He had previously agreed that community leaders could be there. His
insistence on these conditions is an insult to the complainants, the community, and
to the City officials who worked so hard to bring everyone to the table.
We've put up with a year of his stalling and bad faith around mediation, and we're
prepared to put up with more -- but not much. Until Natali stops playing games and
gets serious about mediation, join us at the picket line!

Give it a rest, honey. He has been found guilty of nothing. The state will do nothing. If SF tries to take his dance license, he will sue - and win. You people are the worse bunch of sour grapes I have ever seen. You have consistently tried to convict Les when you have NO case. The bar is packed. No one cares about your little temper tantrum. So do yourselves a favor: buy your own bar. Then you can give special treatment to all the people who whine. Meanwhile, if you don't like the Badlands THEN DON'T GO THERE. Really, you won't be missed.
Well, at least there's good news ---
that Natali WON'T be involved in the future
with the Pendulum.
