Epitome of Police Genocide Against La Raza ! PRESS CONFERENCE AND PROTEST When: Wednesday August 8th at 8am Where: 203 W. 4th Street Madera, Ca. 93638 (Madera Police Station) Why: To protest the murder of Everardo "Lalo" Torres by Madera Police. 24 yr. Salvadoran Everardo Torres was fatally shot by Officer Maricela AKA Marcie Noriega on 10-27-02 who "mistakingly" shot Everardo in the chest but meant to grab her taser instead... This is virtually impossible since there is a safety devise on tasers preventling its release by possible assaillants, therefore at least 2 maneuvers to release tasers. Everardo's case was going to be heard in Federal Court in Fresno on August 9,2005.The judge threw the case out of court , claiming that Everardo's killing was accidental, therefore a non-issue !
