The Green Party has announced it believes the decision by California courts to throw out Proposition 77, the redistricting proposition introduced by the Governor, was "probably a good thing because of the abuse of power exhibited by the governor and his business cronies." The Green Party reminds us that the initiative process was created by Governor Hiram Johnson to "give a voice to the people", not special interests.
