A team from Earthship Biotecture World Headquarters in Taos, New Mexico, headed by Earthship creator Michael Reynolds, will host a one-day intensive workshop on Earthships and all aspects of their sustainable design. Michael will also be talking about and showing slides of his recent trip to India and the building project done with the “Earthship Global Warrior” crew. The demonstration building there will provide local people with the knowledge to rebuild their homes which were destroyed by the tsunami.

The One-Day Intensive Earthship/Sustainable Building Workshop on how the Earthship concept is executed. Earthship construction is being replicated throughout the world day-in and day-out by novice as well as experienced builders. Individuals and communities are coming to understand that fully sustainable buildings meet, and often exceed, existing regulations.

California workshop participants are coming to San Francisco from throughout the United States. Workshop lectures, slide shows and question and answer sessions are designed for participants interested in creative, proven methods of sustainable living, regardless of the level of experience.
