Bill Aal is the co-founder of riseup.net and an organizer who focuses on issues of racism, biotechnology, environmental justice and sustainable agriculture. They are the co-directors of Tools for Change Institute which is dedicated to bringing history, heart, spirit, values, and vision into the center of public life.
