Enemy Combatant Radio interviews Angel Seda, with St. Peter’s Housing, on their coalition's work to protest proposed California driver's licenses for undocumented immigrants with a special mark, and the governor's support for racist vigilantes. Ten civil rights protesters were arrested at the State Capitol last week and Angel describes brutality at the hands of homophobic cops.
