Freshly returned from Haiti to continue editing his next project, documentary filmmaker Kevin Pina will describe the current reality in Haiti today and screen new material. Pina is currently working on "Haiti: The Betrayal of Democracy", a sequel to his first film "Haiti: Harvest of Hope."
Kevin Pina is a documentary filmmaker and freelance journalist living in Haiti since 1999. He is also the Haiti correspondent for FLASHPOINTS on KPFA and Pacifica and serves as editor for the Haiti Information Project (HIP) featured at http://www.haitiaction.net.
