LIVE Anti-G8 Updates from Scotland and Local Anti-Capitalist Struggles

Reports from the anti-G8 mass mobilization in Scotland, workshop sessions for the No Border campaign and anti-Minutemen efforts, the PG&E Power Plant and environmental racism, and the MUNI Social Strike and MUNI worker self-organized actions. Also screening of the Fourth World War and other films, plus vegan dinner. (*STEP IT UP* Dance Party post event, location TBA.)

Agenda:

2-5pm- Food prep at Station 40: (16th St. in between Mission & Valencia St., email for exact info. Any help would be greatly appreciated, inc donations, help cooking, clean-up, transportation of food, etc).

5-6pm- Set up at The Kitchen, (225 Portrero Ave, between 15th and 16th).

6pm- Begin, play short movie clips, (Lord of the Ring satirical/detoured film clips and others), groups tabling info and some food and drink out.

6:30pm- Intro to Anarchist Action, review events for the 7th & 8th, G8 updates from overseas, and announce the webcast.

7pm- Speakers report back on Anti-Minutemen Organizing (facilitated by the San Francisco Anti-Minutemen Coalition and the San Diego Organic Collective)
· MUNI Social Strike (facilitated by MUNI Operators and other members of MUNI Social Strike)
· Environmental Racism/ Campaign to Shut Down the PG& E Power Plant in Bayview/Hunter's Point (facilitated by the Evict PG & E Coalition)
(15MIN presentations with 15MIN for Q&A)

8pm: Break for delicious vegan dinner.

8:30pm: Screen Feature: Fourth World War

10pm: Clean up taken care of, (thanks to everyone doing their part), and bike caravan takes off to party destination.
