INJURED WORKER TELLS HIS STORY
OF RECKLESS DISREGARD ON BEHALF
OF THE CALIFORNIA STATE FUND
Starting July 1st, 2005, Public Access Cable in the San Francisco and
Sacramento Area will be introducing Larry Nign, an injured worker.
Larry is the subject of a new movie called Almost Broken.
Mr. David G.Sweigart, CISSP in a phone interview addresses the issues of Federal HIPPA Violations and
an ongoing investigation by the Department of Justice.
Violations of the Federal HIPAA Law has become a widespread problem
within the State of California and this is nothing more than a new form of
Identity theft.
The movie has the look and feel of a documentary. The 50-minute film
paints an eerie picture of the California State Fund; a quasi-official
government sponsored insurance company staffed by state employees.
The documentary will be entered into several film festivals to achieve
momentum into the main stream and aired on Public Access Television
across the state.
“The director has done an exceptional job with this film, it will make
your blood boil when you watch it.” said the producer Christine Pietz.
“What the movie Apocalypse Now was to the Viet Nam War, Almost Broken
is to the California insurance industry.”, Pietz commented.
