On June 26th, Books Not Bars will hold a press conference to serve a Notice of Condemnation and Closure on the California Youth Prison, N.A. Chaderjian (Chad). The inspector general has recognized Chad as a failure that needs to be closed down. Youth and Families have known all along: it is time to end the abuse and time to close this Youth Prison down.
