For more than a year, Gallo of Sonoma farm workers have been laboring without their United Farm Workers contract because the winemaking giant refuses to negotiate a fair and just agreement. Late last year, the state of California found Gallo of Sonoma guilty of illegally trying to get rid of the union its workers have chosen.
