"In San Francisco, Seattle, Minneapolis and Portland, grassroots organizations are supporting the release of the U.S. premiere of “McLibel” by asking “What’s Wrong with McDonald’s?”

"Among the groups are Bay Area Vegetarians, CodePINK, CorpWatch, F.A.R.M., Global Exchange, Good Company Communications, National Lawyers Guild, Olympia Reclaim Democracy, Seattle Reclaim Democracy and SF Vegetarian Society to name a few."

from BAV:

A postman and a gardener were part of this small volunteer group giving out a leaflet called "What's Wrong with McDonald's?"

McDonald's sued them, and the longest trial in British history has been retold in the McLibel documentary that opens on Friday.

Please join us as we commemorate this occasion by distributing this leaflet at McDonald's on Van Ness in San Francisco. Come dressed as your favorite clown (or as yourself) and show your support of advocacy, truth, and independent media. PLEASE RSVP if you can join us so we can plan accordingly.
