medical marijuana case, the US House of Representatives is now
scheduled to vote on an important pro-medical marijuana
amendment next week. If you haven't already used our web site to
write to Congress in support of the Hinchey-Rohrabacher

Supreme Court ruled against us, medical marijuana supporters
scored a victory in Rhode Island when the State Senate
overwhelmingly passed pro-medical marijuana legislation despite
the governor threatening a veto. Now it moves on to the State

And remember, the Supreme Court ruling did not change anything
-- state laws protecting medical marijuana patients from state
