Supreme Court Reverses 9th Circuit on Raich- Status Quo Remains

In its majority opinion against Raich and Monson (p. 6), the
Supreme Court issued a significant word of warning about the wisdom
of current federal laws:

"The case is made difficult by respondents' strong arguments that
they will suffer irreparable harm because, despite a congressional
finding to the contrary, marijuana does have valid therapeutic
purposes. The question before us, however, is not whether it is wise
to enforce the statute in these circumstances; rather, it is whether
Congress' power to regulate interstate markets for medicinal
substances encompasses the portions of those markets that are
supplied with drugs produced and consumed locally."

The DEA and federal law enforcement officials would be well
advised to heed this caution before rushing to enforce their bankrupt
federal law.

Today, the Texas mafia and large German drug companies within the D.C. government and their war criminal networks reaffirmed their ownership of judges who make it illegal to have medical marijuana with a Dr.'s recommendation. Their motivation is purely profit. For instance, the union for the Border Patrol and Customs have employees in the drug syndicate and a banking system rife with war criminals and money launderers. Their motivation is for pure profit, not our well being. Take a look at the price of a 3 bedroom 2 bath house in the backwoods of Northern California in Willits, marijuana growing country--around $350,000. While in the outskirts of Mobile Alabama, Nazi Headquarters, the cost of a 3/2 home is around $75,000.

I advise all not to use marijuana or liquor or cigarettes or zanax or Zoloft or methylprednisolone, etc., but I believe in full legalization of marijuana as a medicine. If a judge disagrees with me, he can pick up his payola from his war criminal friends and future tag-alongs, along with his bottle of liquor, pills, and cocaine and rot in bloody Hell. Those men and women of the regime are a menace to our society when they put a tourniquet on us, collect payment, and call it progress. I would rather piss in their well water than drink their wine.

The Veterans Administration gives out pain medicines unfit for livestock. For instance, they give methylpredinisolone for pain to veterans. Unfortunately, if you have American Indian genes, you carry a inherited disease known as Systemic Lupus Erythmatosus (SLE).

The steroid drug methylprednisolone is extremely dangerous for those with the SLE trait, which many American veterans carry. Tell the burning Bush to go Burn one, and tell the judge who is owned by the American Nazi to grow up and allow George Washington's favorite herb to be grown along with the God Damn yellow squash and purple hull field peas, right there next to Cane Able and Jesus or Hay-Suse as I call him.

History is a lie in many cases beware, and especially know that in war, like a fist fight, you will not remember his story or your story when your consciousness is flattened. Fock the SS of the burning Bush and their world wide war.

Bush is a facade, a good ole boy at the door. The true mechanics are filthy criminals undeserving of leading a truly Positive Capitalism society, as at this point, we Americans are nothing for than subjugates for a foreign power with a filthy spine and lesser mind.
