Petition to San Mateo County Board of Supervisors, urging them to order immediate release of all reports pertaining to the killing of 26yr, Salvadoran Julio Ayala on 4-3-05 in SSF, by 13 "peace officers". His crime: making too much noise shortly after midnight in his hotal room...

This is time sensitive, 17 days to go, ambitious goal of 1000 signatures (but not unrealistic, I obtained more on justice4idriss petitions, and hardly knew what I was doing at the time LOL).
