Beyond Oil II with Joanna Macy & Richard Heinberg

Joanna Macy (Buddhist scholar, professor, activist, author of, among other books, "Coming Back To Life- Practices to Reconnect Our Lives, Our World" & Richard Heinberg, author of "The Party's Over- Oil, War & the Fate of Industrial Societies" and "Powerdown-Options & Actions for a Post Carbon World" speak about awakening to the issues of climate change and the end of cheap oil and the importance of preparing for this and how and what we might do.


The evening event will include their presentations, a conversation between them and audience participation followed by an opportunity to organize and get involved in these efforts if people are so inclined.
