SFPUC defies logic and wants to place 3 Combustion Turbines near Bayview Hunters Point.

San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) with Susan Leal as its head, Barbara Hale, and Karen Kubick are defying logic and want to place 3 Combustion Turbines (CTs) closer to Bayview Hunters Point. These CTs use very expensive fossil fuel and emit dangerous PM-2.5 (very tiny particulates) into the air. Also pathogens from the treated raw sewage water used for the cooling the system. Mayor Gavin Newsom has not said a word about these CTs because he is ignorant about this issue. SFPUC is wasting millions of dollars by not doing the right thing. Right now they have not spend sufficient money on Clean Solar Energy. The San Francisco Voters passed a Proposition and $100 million bond measure was passed 3 years ago from the start to encourage Solar Power. The SFPUC has failed on this measure. First it set back the progress and process by firing Edward Smeloff. Recently Swartz another man who understood the process. Karen Kubic and Barbara Hale and Susan Leal - an all women team are leading us down the drain and into the cesspoll of pollution. None of them understand the process nor have the ability to have a vision for our future. Check their backgrounds and you will findout they are all LOSERS. Our Mayor has not said a word about the CTS and Jared Blumenfeld wants control of the $100 million solar bond measure - not so much to encourage Solar Energy but to spend it on admininstative expenses as he has before. The California Governor has just signed an Executive Order putting in place a process to curtail emissions and pollution of the air. This of course includes filthy power plants - Susan Leal, Barbara Hale, Karen Kubic want to encourage pollution and the emission of PM-2.5 into the air - they are for killing our children. They have blood on their hands. Our local media says nothing - the Chronicle can address the petty scandal linked to the 49ers and the video that is linked to nonsense - but a more serious issue are the death of our constituents in the Southeast Sector. All through the Dog and Pony Shows and World Environment Day (WED) not one word about the Muwekma Ohlone the First People of San Francisco. White Folks have not learned much. Once they stole the land, then they broke all the treaties, then they polluted the land, they with intent killed the Buffalo and offered money for killing the First People. $5 for a scalp up until 1924. The United Nations should speak up and state the facts before they sponsor and push for Dog and Pony shows. SFPUC is wasting millions and sponsoring dinners at the cost of the taxpayer. SFPUC under Susan Leal has failed us and will fail us - the woman is inept and arrogant. She has control of our clean Hetch Hetchy water, the Energy Issues, Transportation, and other vital amenities - the pity is she is inept and was chosen to screw thing my Mayor Gavin Newsom.
