6/1 at 9am: Brian Bader MMJ Courtdate in Stockton

Brian Bader is a patient and caregiver living in Lodi, CA. He was
originally raided by the Lodi Police Department on May 8, 2001 and
charged with cultivation with intent to sell. LPD claim they confiscated
147 plants, and Brian claims to have had 80 viable plants and 50-60
un-rooted mostly dead clippings.

Brian was convicted but, due to poor jury instructions, he won his
appeal. The DA wasted no time in filing charges against him again and he
goes to trial on January 31. The trial will take place at San Joaquin
County Superior Court in Stockton.

Brian treats his chronic pain and vertigo with medical marijuana and has
been a patient since 1999.

The hearing is Wednesday, June 1, 9:00am
