This month Christine Morrissey, director of East Bay Animal Advocates, joins us to examine how Californians impact the lives of humans and animals, and the environment, every time a meat or dairy product is purchased. Morrissey has conducted investigative rescues at egg, turkey, dairy and broiler farms in California's Central Valley. EBAA's Free Range and Dairy Investigations will be examined in detail. Attendees will get the opportunity to observe the unfiltered plight of animals in agriculture.

Light refreshments will be served. This presentation is part of The Compassionate Living program, which examines issues related to vegetarianism, animal rights, and being an advocate for a more compassionate lifestyle via discussions, films, and speakers. Admission is free. Donations welcome to support the Compassionate Living program. RSVPs appreciated so we can plan seating and refreshments accordingly.
