BANG! - at the Tin Can @ 590 Shotwell this thursday at 7:30pm to support Kearny Street Workshop's 7th annual APAture arts festival. The Kearny Street Workshop is the oldest Asian Arts organization of its kind in the country and APAture is a 2 week festival that showcases emerging and
breakthrough work of the young Asian Pacific American Community in the Bay Area in the areas of music, film, visual arts, performing arts and
writing/spoken word. Many past APAture artists have gone on to have lasting effects in the arts community including Erika Shuch, a featured performer last year who currently is a resident artist at Intersection for the Arts and a co-founder/instructor at the Experimental Performance Institute. Support this year's APAture and
join us for a night of music, raffles, food and drink. Performances by Tensegrity Nine, The Sky Flakes, Magnetic North, Jimmy Trahn and more.
Sliding Scale $9-$15
