The “digital divide”—defining it, assessing it, or “bridging” it—is as complex and controversial issue as any in international development. Our panelists will discuss the realities of international program development and implementation involved with technology. The International Development Series (IDS) is a monthly program that highlights a different topic in global development with individuals in the Bay Area working in or researching this area.
